The Collector's Pens department organises its sales under the watchful eye ofIsabelle Boudot de La Motte, auctioneer and director of the department, located on rue de la Grange Batelière in Paris.
At our sales, pens decorated by the greatest names in jewellery are presented: Dunhill, Van Cleef & Arpels, Cartier, Chaumet, Bulgari, Namiki, Tiffany, Hermès and many others compete in talent, dressing their pens in precious Japanese lacquers, engraving them with delicate gold and silver decorations, and setting them with precious stones.
You'll also find the most famous brands: Montblanc and its Meisterstück, Parker, Waterman, Cross and its Bohème pen, Aurora, Visconti, Caran d'Ache, Pelikan, Omas, Sailor , etc

Whether you're a collector, a hobbyist or a private buyer looking for a signature item, you'll find it all at our pen auctions. These specialist sales offer pens to suit all budgets and styles.
Two auctions a year are held indoors, hosted by an auctioneer. These sales are accompanied by a printed sales catalogue.
Whatever your budget, our auctions offer a wide selection of carefully selected and authenticated pens, nib boxes, nib holders and lead holders, inkwells, inkwells, nib sharpeners, calligraphy, writing books, stamps, writing desks and writing kits. From a few dozen euros to several thousand, the choice is vast among the items offered at auction.
Our sales results Collectible pens
Sales of collectible pens boast excellent results:
- Namiki, Hippocampe, a fountain pen in a limited series of 300 (no. 178) issued in 2003, based on a Yukari. Urushi lacquer with maki-é decoration in togidashi and raden for the mother-of-pearl. The seahorse is associated with the human embryo and is a good luck charm for Japanese women. Fine 18 carat gold nib, cartridge or convertor filler. The collector's pen and box were sold for€5,000.
- Gold fish, fountain pen from the Yukari collection, superb maki-é work representing two fish among seaweed with a background entirely powdered with gold, even the clip. In its box, it sold for €4,900 .
- AtBlanzy Poure, an extremely rare 8-panel display box, a bag of missing feathers and its display box sold for€3,800.
- A magnificent array of 286 extremely rare feathers, representing decades of research in Bernard ROBERT's collection, accompanied by a batch of various feathers from around the world , sold for€2,000.
