Lots are delivered after full payment of your purchases.
- If you are present, you can collect your purchases immediately after the sale.
- If you are buying remotely, you will need to make an appointment depending on the conditions of each sale.
Please note that the place where your purchase is stored is indicated on your auction slip.
As Millon has several storage areas, lots are not always stored at the place of sale.
Please take the time to check on your sales slip or in the general terms and conditions of the sale or in our automatic reminder emails where your purchases will be collected.
Of course, the sales managers indicated on the sales homepage are there to help you!
MILLON will store your purchase free of charge for 45 days (except in the Hôtel Drouot warehouse) while you wait for your means of transport.

For a purchase in PARIS, there is only one address: accueil@millon.com (appointment from Monday to Friday from 10am to 12.45pm and from 2pm to 5pm).
For a purchase in BRUSSELS, there is only one address: info@millon-belgique.com (appointment from Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm - except on the Monday following the sale: from 2pm to 6pm).
